Tap "Buy Now" on any listing and follow the M-Pesa STK push on your phone. Your payment is held securely by visha until you confirm the item arrived as described — then it's released to the seller.
How do I list an item for sale? expand_more
Tap the + button on the home screen, take up to 8 photos, fill in a description and price, then tap "List Item". Your listing is live immediately and visible to buyers across Nairobi.
Is my money safe if something goes wrong? expand_more
Yes. Payments are held in escrow until you confirm receipt. If the item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, open a dispute within the app and we'll review it within 24 hours.
How do I get a Verified Seller badge? expand_more
Go to your profile settings and tap "Verify Account". Upload a photo of your ID. Verification takes up to 2 hours and unlocks the seller badge, boosting your listing visibility.
Which cities does visha deliver to? expand_more
We support deliveries across Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret. You can also arrange local meetups anywhere in Kenya. More cities coming soon.
